WSPÓŁGŁOSY is a unique project on a European scale. It brings together jazz musicians, actors – Magdalena Koleśnik and Bartosz Bielenia – and a choir of people with intellectual disabilities to create a musical space where boundaries blur and diversity becomes strength. Formed in 2021 on the initiative of Marcel Balinski – pianist, composer and cultural animator – the ensemble performs original compositions for choir and jazz trio, combining elements of jazz, alternative pop and frenetic improvisation. This mix makes their music jump seamlessly between different styles, surprising the listener with both rhythmic freedom and emotional depth. The result of this fusion is a sound that moves, amazes and opens up new artistic spaces.

During the concert, the band will perform repertoire from the album “Współgłosy” awarded the Fryderyk 2025 prize in the category Album of the Year: Jazz Experimental / Contemporary Improvised Music, which was released in September 2024. The album, which was digitally distributed by Warner Music Poland, was promoted with concerts at venues such as the legendary Agnieszka Osiecka Studio in Polish Radio Channel Three, the Capitol Music Theatre in Wrocław and the Days of Contemporary Art in Białystok.
